"The Improvisational Cook"
Sally Schneider is a former chef turned writer. She has written a syndicated newspaper column called "A New Way to Cook" and has been a contributor to such publications as Food and Wine and Saveur. She has won both James Beard Foundation and International Association of Culinary Professionals' cookbook awards. She is also a frequent contributor to National Public Radio's The Splendid Table. Sally joins us today to discuss her newest book, The Improvisational Cook.
