Seth Roberts, Ph.D. is a professor of phychology at the University of California at Berkeley. He serves on the editorial advisory board of the journal Nutrition and has published dozens of articles on many topics, including health, nutrition, and weight control. His work has appeared in major scientific journals such as The Lancet and Behavioral and Brain Sciences. Articles about his work have appeared in The New York Times and Harper's. Seth is joining us today to discuss his new book, The Shangri-La Diet.
