Kitchen Director, Saveur
Liz Pearson joined Saveur in September 2005 as its kitchen director after having been both an intern and a freelancer for the magazine. A graduate of both Bard College and the Culinary Institute of America, she was raised in Austin, Texas, where she was a private cook before moving to New York City. She joins The Guys today to talk about the trials and tribulations of running a test kitchen.
