Josh Ozersky is the online food editor for New York Magazine, helming the "Grub Street" blog. The former food writer for Newsday magazine, Mr. Ozersky is the author of three books: Archie Bunker's America, Meat Me in Manhattan: A Carnivore's Guide to New York as well as The Hamburger: A History, due out in April. Ozersky is also known as Mr. Cutlets among the foodie community for his love of all things meat, especially the hamburger. He joins us today to chat about his new book, why American cheese is the only cheese for hamburgers, and where one can really find the best burger in New York City.
